This event can be 3-7 nights.  The best health coaches in Mallorca will curate yoga classes, meditation sessions, strength training, hiking, running, fit chats and more.  Tell us your preferences, your ideal itinerary, and we'll make it even more powerful with weaving in the hidden gems of Mallorca.  A private chef is available to prepare healthy meals, as well as to host mini cooking lessons.  Time spent in glorious nature will soothe your soul and reconnect you to things that matter.  Refresh your spirit, dare yourself, reset priorities, and learn how to put your own oxygen mask on first.  This amazing planet on which we walk is meant to be explored.

Day #1

Welcome to Mallorca

Check in to Villa Establiments, where we settle in and relax before our first 30 minute movement session takes place to minimize jetlag.  Next up is our cocktail meet and greet, then dinner.  Top it all off with a fantastic  night's sleep.

Yoga Class

Day #2

Yoga, Fit Chat, Coastal Hike

The day starts with coffee, rise and shine energy drinks, and a 90 minute yoga class.  After breakfast we head to the most precious village of Deia where we have a visit to the church, the cemetery, the hidden village, and the beach.  Option to do a coastal hike or run, or simply relax on the beach, go for a swim, and soak up some vitamin D.  In the evening we head back to the villa for a 30 minute yoga mini, a Fit Chat on Community, and a chef prepared dinner.

Day #3

Yoga, Meditation, Sound Bath in Nature

The day begins with coffee, a rise and shine health cocktail, and a 90 minute yoga class.  After breakfast we disappear in nature to enjoy a sound bath and a meditation session.  Option to do a hike or run.  In the evening we have a 30 minute yoga mini before heading out to dinner.

Day #4

Sightseeing, Shopping, City Exploration

Today we have coffee, a rise and shine health cocktail, and a 90 minute yoga class.  After breakfast we have meditation by the pool and a Fit Chat on Guiding Principles.  In the afternoon we head into the city of Palma for shopping, sightseeing, and a guided tour.  Option to get a massage or visit a hammam.  In the evening we all meet for dinner in the city. 

Day #5

Adventure Day

Today we have coffee, a rise and shine health cocktail, and a 15 minute yoga mini.  After breakfast we head to the mountains for our adventure day.  Dare to challenge yourself or simply enjoy the view, there are options for all levels.  The exploration is always beginner friendly.  Hiking, climbing, navigating the coast, rappelling down small cliffs, jumping into the water ... you choose what you're most comfortable with.  Dinner is prepared by our private chef at the villa.

Day #6

Yoga, Free Time, Surprise and Delight

The day starts with coffee, a rise and shine health cocktail, and a 90 minute yoga class.  After breakfast we have another visit to a coastal village for an optional hike, run, or swim in the Mediterranean.  Dinner is surprise and delight!

Day #7

Yoga, Meditation, Sharing Circle

Today we sleep in.  After coffee and a 90 minute yoga class, breakfast is served.  In the afternoon we have a private tour of Mallorca's premier biodynamic wine and olive far.  Taste the wines, sample the olives, then enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch.  Tonight we have a celebratory dinner at the villa, a sharing circle, and a salsa dance class

Day #8

Depatures

We leave the island today with a sense of accomplishment, an all new set of physical skills, and a more enlightened inner being.  The effects from a travel event such as this are long lasting.  All that needs to be determined now is when we're combing back for more!

 

Villa Establiments

Villa Establiments is a brand new villa, with majestic views of the Tramuntana Mountains, yet just 10 minutes drive from the city of palma.  Each guest has a private, en-suite bedroom for maximum comfort and down time when needed.  Some have balconies, some have bathtubs, and some have a chaise lounge for reading and relaxing.  First come, first served ... let us know what you prefer.  All rooms have the highest quality bedding and amenities.

Villa Establiments boasts a swimming pool, lounge chairs, outdoor couches, balinese bed, indoor and outdoor bars, a gym, massage room, plus living and dining rooms.

Pricing Per Person:  3-7 Nights, 2020

$1,000 deposit due at the time of registration – Payment due in full 30 days prior to the event.

  • Airport Transport - we've come to realize that it's just easier and faster to have you grab the first taxi you see (they are lined up waiting).  The fee is approximately 25 euro.

$500 penalty if cancelled prior to 60+ days before the event.

$1,000 penalty if cancelled 30-60 days prior to the event.

No Refund if cancelled 30 days prior to the event, but you may sell your spot
